All 4 Youth is a partnership between the Fresno County Department of Behavioral Health and the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools. The program serves children and youth ages 0–22 who are experiencing challenges that affect them at school and at home.
All 4 Youth is designed to help youth and their families access behavioral health services at school, in the community, or at home. The goal of the program is to reduce barriers and increase access to supportive services that promote a healthy environment for learning and growth.
Vision Statement
We envision a community where all children’s behavioral health needs are met. Barriers are removed, and children and families have access to a coordinated system of care that supports a healthy and positive environment in which to live and learn.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide an integrated system of care that ensures all children in Fresno County can access behavioral health services. These services support social, emotional, and behavioral needs and promote health, well‑being, and resilience.
