All 4 Youth is a partnership program between the Fresno County Department of Behavioral Health and the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools for children and youth ages 0-22 years old experiencing difficulties that affect them at school and at home.
All 4 Youth is designed to enable youth and their families to access behavioral health services at school, in the community, or in the home. The goal of All 4 Youth is to remove barriers and increase access to a positive healthy environment in which to live and learn.

Our mission is to have an integrated system of care that ensures all children in Fresno County have access to behavioral health services to support their social, emotional and behavioral needs and promote health, wellbeing and resiliency.
